• Must be 18 years or older to rent a Pontoon.
• Must be 21 years or older to rent a Waverunner.
• Must present valid State/Federal identificaiton at time of rental.
• Fuel is NOT included, you will be billed after your rental for the amount of fuel used.
• If born after Jan 1st 1986 you must have a valid boating license present to drive a boat or waverunner. 

• Must pay in full at time of reservation.
• Subject to 72 hour cancellation policy.
• If reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours before reservation date, a refund minus $100 deposit will be issued using initial payment method.
• NO CANCELLATIONS will be allowed within 72 hours of reservation date.
• Reservations are non-transferable

• Because personal comfort is subjective and thus varies from person to person, please plan ahead and act in accordance with the above stated cancellation policy.
• No cancellations or refunds will be issued for bad weather.

• No tying to any other docks, boats, or jetskis.
• No anchors are provided or allowed.  
• No cooking grills allowed.
• No pets allowed on rentals (only service animals) No EXCEPTIONS.

Luxury Houseboat Policies

To rent one of our houseboats you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a Boating Education Card if born on or after Jan 1st 1986.

What To Do Beore Your Rental Date:

• Come ready for a fun vacation on the lake, we'll take care of the rest!
• Re-read all below policies.
• All Necessary equipment such as life jackets will be provided.
• Exceding maximum vessel person occupancy will not be permitted, regardless of age or weight.
• Our store is fully stocked, don't worry if you forgot something.
• Your dog is your family member, you may bring them but be aware that a cleaning fee may be incured.
• Because the boat must be moored to shore each night bfore sunset, it is important to have a plan of where you would like to stay on the lake and communicate your plan with us so we can better accomodate your wishes.

• Must present Boater Eduction Certificate if born on or after Jan 1, 1986.

• The unique nature of the houseboat rental business necessitates a very firm cancellation policy. We will hold your reservation with complete confidence and go to great lengths to have the vessel ready for you, so please do not make your reservation until you are 100% certain that you can attend.
• No cancellations and no refunds will be permitted.
• In special authorized circumstances AND if another party is on the waiting list for your reserved dates, we MAY allow you to reschedue, although it will be subject to certain dates and other restrictions. 

• Because personal comfort is subjective and thus varies from person to person, please plan ahead and act in accordance with our cancellation policy. 
• A "houseboat" by definition is a "house" and provides protection from the elements.
• No cancellations or refunds will be issued for "bad weather".
